This rain collection house built from pressure treated lumber sits on a 4′ X 4′ base. The rain harvesting house sits approximately 6′ above the sink and produces adequate pressure. This project was completed on May 7, 2016. The house and barrel were placed on the hill approximately six weeks prior and collected about 40 gallons of water during that time. The water pressure delivered a gallon of water about every 3.5 minutes.
